Our Team

Medical

Attending physicians and specialists visit on a set schedule to write and review recovery plans, check progress, and adjust orders as residents improve.

Nursing

RNs, LVNs, and CNAs are in the house 24 hours a day. The same faces most days, which is how they notice small changes early.

Therapy

Licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists build programs around each resident's own goals, whether that is walking to the mailbox or going home.

Diet and Nutrition

A registered dietitian works with the physician, the cook, and the resident to build a diet that supports healing and still tastes like real food.

Facility Management

The house is cleaned daily and deep cleaned on a schedule. Infection control is taken seriously in every room, not only the clinical ones.

Social Services

From day one we plan for the day a resident leaves: follow up appointments, equipment, home health, and the family conversations that go with it.
