Sunny Sands Manor offers a comprehensive long term solution for residents with complex medical needs, including wound care, respiratory support, and recovery after a hospital stay.
As a Community-Based Adult Residential Facility (CLHF), we are intentionally designed to care for a small number of residents. With just 18 residents, our team can provide the individualized attention that larger facilities often cannot. We take the time to truly know each person—their medical history, personal preferences, routines, and goals—and create a care plan centered around their individual needs.
We believe a home-like environment is more than simply a comfortable place to stay. When residents feel safe, supported, and genuinely known, they can rest more comfortably, maintain better nutrition, and make steady progress in their recovery. Families can also feel confident knowing they receive clear, honest communication from a care team they know and trust.

Recovery takes time, patience, and the right people by your side. At Sunny Sands Manor, our nurses and care team are on site 24 hours a day, providing attentive support when residents need it most. Because we intentionally maintain a small resident-to-staff ratio, our team can respond promptly to call lights, changing needs, and the little things that make a big difference in comfort and recovery.

A real home, not a ward
A place that feels like home—not a hospital. Natural light fills the space, the kitchen carries the comforting aroma of a home-cooked meal, and the living room invites residents to relax and feel at ease. Bedrooms are private or semi-private, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, with hospital-grade equipment available when needed—and discreetly kept out of sight when it isn’t.
